Du möchtest die Berufe Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder Kaufmann/-frau für IT-Systemmanagement kennenlernen? Du benötigst einen Platz für ein Schülerpraktikum oder für ein Praxissemester?
Deine Aufgaben
Lerne die unterschiedlichen Bereiche eines IT-Systemhauses kennen. Du begleitest den UserHelpDesk durch den Tag bei der Bewältigung der IT-Probleme unserer Kunden. Du fährst mit unseren Technikern in den Außeneinsatz und lernst verschiedene Kundenstrukturen kennen. Nebenbei bekommst Du bei uns unbegrenzte Bildschirmzeit!
Dein Profil
Du bist fasziniert von der IT und Digitalisierung und hast schon mal einen Rechner von innen gesehen.
